Dustoff offers a “monthly” car cleaning package – that can be availed on a monthly basis only

i) For a specific vehicle (based on its registration number)
ii) At the prescribed location of the vehicle (allocated parking lot)
iii) At the prescribed time of the service implementation only.

No. The service is offered strictly on a monthly basis only. Even if the service is utilised for only 1 day, the customer will be charged the monthly fees applicable to the servicing of his/her car.

No. The subscription to the Dustoff car cleaning service is not transferable. Your friend needs to enroll his car with Dustoff separately to avail of our services.

Yes. The monthly car service package is unique to each car with the following parameters:

i) Registration Number – Your car with its registration number at the time of registration with us.

ii) Location – The specific allotted space where your car can be found every day for the service to be implemented. If there is a change of parking, this has to be informed to Dustoff 24 hours in advance.

iii) Time of Service – Your car should be available at its designated spot of service atleast 30 mins prior to the service timing every day.

Yes. You can request for a car cleaning service for your guest car, but that will becharged separately and added to your monthly bill. Customer shall not have the right to dispute such charges.

We at Dustoff, use the best quality car cleaning liquids, solutions and shampoos, materials that help keep your car shining always. We use the 3M car cleaning liquid that avoids wastage of water when your car is cleaned.

There is a 16 step process that is followed in the daily cleaning of your car.

Dustoff staff are well trained and thorough with the car cleaning process and the materials that are supposed to be used in each stage of the process.

At Dustoff, we use the best in class material and products in the cleaning of your car every day. Moreover, are staff are well trained and equipped with the latest technology and tools to provide best in class service and cleaning for your car.

Every day, when the Dustoff staff clean your car, they save one bucket of water per wash / clean of your car. That translates to approx. 10 litres of water every day being saved.

A customer can register a complaint, about the cleaning services of their car, from the time they get to know of the deficiency and NOT LATER THAN 24 hours after the cleaning is done for the day.

• Complaints preferred after 24 hours cannot be checked, verified and redressed.

• Customer complaints are strictly discouraged during the month end and during the time of billing and payments.

If the service is not delivered properly to your satisfaction, please log in a complaint immediately and definitely not exceeding the same day (24 hours), through our app available on your mobile phone. You may also write to us or message us. We will check the complaint and resolve the compliant asap and on priority.

Do not leave any valuables in your car under any circumstances whatsoever. If there are any valuables that you have left behind in the car, Dustoff does NOT take any responsibility for its safety.

If you have noticed any scratches or dents on your car, please take a picture and immediately send us the picture through your mobile app with a complaint. (Not later than 24 hours after the incident.) We shall do the needful asap.

If your car is not in its designated place on any given day, the cleaning of the carwill not be performed and this non delivery of service cannot be availed on any other day. That cleaning for that day will be forfeited and is not transferable.

Your car will be cleaned every day as per the roster that is allotted to your car and the community. You can do random sample checks within 30 mins of your allotted time and you will see that you car’s cleaning is completed or is in progress.

In normal circumstances your car will be clean for most part of the day. But you may check the service delivery within 30 mins of the allotted cleaning time. Validity for daily cleaning is for a period of 30 mins subject to force majeure constraints.

We strongly discourage tipping or giving of gifts to any/all of our staff. But you may take the liberty to do so at your own will and risk. This should not be encouraged as a regular practise or feature.

If the staff are doing and good job and you want to reward them, the best way is to write to us, and we will include them in our internal rewards and recognition program.

Please write in to us with your complaint / grievance, and we shall take necessary steps to ensure that such an incident will not repeat again.

No. The Dustoff car cleaning contract is a monthly car wash contract where 5 days a week the body of the car (visible body) is washed completely. Once in a week, the body and interior cabin of the car is also cleaned.

No. The Dustoff cleaning program does not clean inside the car’s wheels and the engine area. These are generally done by a car maintenance wash by the car company.

No. Engine Oil, Brake Fluid Oil, carburetor parts, air filters are all changed only during the time of maintenance works carried out by the car company. This car cleaning activity does not include the above.

No. Dustoff is only a body cleaning contract. The car’s technology updates etc. can only be done by the car manufacturer.

We use technology to inform the customer’s the car washes, the timing and any/all updates and information that needs to be sent to the Customer, regarding the cleaning of the car.

When the interiors are being cleaned, there will be adequate supervision, and any valuables found in the car, will be informed to the owner immediately using technology.

Water wastage is ZERO. We use 3M car cleaning liquid and the cleaning is a waterfree activity. Hence there is no wastage of water at all.

Yes. The cleaning will be standardized and will be done at the same time every day, as per the customer’s choice.

The Dustoff car cleaning activity will remove all temporary dirt / particles or dust from the car. Scratches will not be removed. This is purely a cleaning process and not a polishing or painting process.

The monthly fee for cleaning your car will be made known to you clearly when you subscribe to our car cleaning services with Dustoff. The price ranges from Rs. 699 to Rs. 999 based on the size and type of your car.

The billing is done at the end of the month. Example: For the month of March 2022, the bill will be raised on March 30, 2022.

The Customer can pay their bills by the 10th of the succeeding month without any charges. Beyond that period, a late payment fee is Rs. 100/- will be applied for every late payment of a bill. Example: Bill raised on 30/03/2022, may be paid by 10/04/2022 without any late payment fees. If the bill is paid after 10/04/2022, a late payment fee of Rs. 100/- will apply.

Please pay your monthly bills through any of the multiple online channels that we have provided or through a direct transfer to our Bank account only.

No. Never hand over any payments to any of the staff who interact with you. They are not trained and authorised to collect payment from customers. Please avoid any financial dealings with any/all Dustoff staff.

There is no problem if you have been delayed in paying your monthly car service bill. We will continue the service for a “grace period” the following month also without disturbing the service provided. During the grace period, we will approach you 3 times either by SMS or Email or Phone call or a demand letter to pay the outstanding amount.

If the outstanding amounts are not paid even after the grace period, then the car cleaning service will be stopped after the grace period. We will also be constrained to inform the association of the pending dues and recover the pending payments with the help of the Resident Welfare Association.

We will be running varied offers from time to time, that may excite you and be beneficial to the up keep of your car. We will inform you well in advance about any/all offers that we will implement. Please note – All offers and promotions are valid only when your payments are up to date.

No. All the offers provided by Dustoff are mostly free for our Customers, unless otherwise specified in the offer / promotion. Please note – All offers and promotions are valid only when your payments are up to date.

Yes. Those who are not subscribers of Dustoff can also avail of the offers and promotions but they have to pay for the products or services that are part of the offers / promotions.

You can unsubscribe or stop availing the services of Dustoff by simply writing to us – SMS, E-mail, Whatsapp to stop the car cleaning services. Your car cleaning services will be stopped from the following month onwards.

Yes. You will be charged for the whole month in which the request for stopping of the car cleaning services, since the service is a monthly service and not a daily service.

The payment for the last month where termination is requested, may be paid by up to the 10th of the following month, as per normal billing cycle.
